Crown

A crown is a restorative treatment that provides a slip-cover over the entire tooth. The goal of this treatment is to restore the natural tooth’s appearance, strength, and function. We recommend a crown in cases of severely worn teeth, extensive tooth decay, following a root canal, and in cases where a patient has large silver fillings. Our repairs are seamless and we offer all-porcelain crowns only because porcelain is the strongest and most natural-looking material for tooth restoration.

Bridges

A bridge is a treatment that consists of connecting three+ crowns to replace missing teeth or fill large gaps. When missing teeth are left unattended, they can drift into empty spots to collect plaque and food scraps, therefore increasing the risk for decay and bone loss. Bridges are the top recommendation to restore your bite while prioritizing a natural look and high levels of functionality.

Root Canals

A root canal is recommended when a tooth is affected by deep cavities and/or nerve damage. When a tooth requires a root canal, it means that the infection or cavity has made its way to the center of the tooth. Another reason for needing a root canal is nerve damage caused by grinding or trauma. A root canal is an option to save the tooth when there are no other options. A root canal is also a very effective treatment option for tooth pain.

Dentures

Our dentures are natural-looking and custom-fitted to fit each patient. Dentures can restore the look and feel of your teeth with traditional full dentures or partial dentures that anchor from existing teeth or overdentures that clip directly onto implants, or even hybrid dentures that are permanently anchored onto multiple implants.

Extractions

We explore all other treatment avenues before recommending an extraction. However, sometimes removing the tooth is the only treatment option. In those cases, we offer the most kind and painless extractions. We use nitrous gas and syringe-less computerized anesthesia to allow you to reach the maximum level of comfort during treatment.

Dental Implants

If you want to replace one or more of your teeth, look no further, dental implants are the best functioning and most natural-looking option. This treatment works so well that over 3 million Americans have at least one dental implant. Implants are favored because they are long-lasting and offer predictable yet versatile results. Implants are the closest you will get to having your real tooth back you will even be able to floss your implanted teeth. Implants do not use the adjacent teeth to anchor because the implant is placed directly into the bone with an average healing time of four months. The abutment follows, and then finally the crown is cemented or screwed over the abutment.

Sedations

Dentophobia is a real condition and more common than you probably realize. Feeling anxious about going to the dentist is nothing to be ashamed of. At our office, we do not shy away from the anxiety, we face it with options to enhance your comfort. We offer Nitrous Oxide Sedation (laughing gas) and oral sedation to help our patients feel comfortable during a procedure. Laughing wears off immediately after treatment. Oral sedation is achieved by taking a pill before going to bed the night before your procedure and taking another pill the day of your appointment. Please remember that both of these sedation methods are safe but will make you feel drowsy, therefore, it is imperative to coordinate a driver to get you to and from your appointment.

TMJ/ Migraine

TMJ pain and migraines reduce the quality of life for anyone experiencing them. Over the years, we have helped many patients regain their lives with Botox and night appliances. Botox is injected into the jaw and joint areas to relax the nerves of the overworked muscles and therefore prevents you from overusing your muscles by grinding or clenching your jaw. As a result, you will notice that your TMJ pain is gone. For migraines, Botox is injected into the temporalis muscle to relax it and not be able to overwork itself.

Gum Disease

Your oral health is linked to your overall health. Many studies have proven that oral cavities can manifest as systemic diseases. Gum disease or periodontist is chronic inflammation driven by the build-up of bacteria under the gums. Bacteria grows and reproduces in the gum pockets between the tooth and chips away at the bone that keeps your teeth embedded in your jaw. Without a doubt, gum disease can account for more tooth loss than any other cause. Heart disease and gum disease are caused by the same bacteria. This bacteria can spread from your mouth to the rest of your body and wreak havoc. Gum disease is treated by using a technique called scaling and root planing.
